All my Multimedia Problems were handled through support for Microsoft products

Music is my life, and I spend eight hours a day inspiring my students to be the next big shot, of achieving a career in music. After setting up my own private school for music, it has become increasingly necessary that I store all my favorite music in my laptop and maintain various software applications that enable me to create various sounds and effects.

Unfortunately, one day my Windows XP crashed and I had a hard time to teach my music lessons at school, which obviously led to a boring class, without my catchy presentations. To resolve the issue, I called in online tech support for Microsoft products.

Within a short period of time, all I knew was that I was talking to a technician on the other line as he was configuring my MS operating system. After running a brief diagnostic of my system, the technician also configured my MS keyboard drivers as I had lost them during the crash. I was quite impressed with the empathetic attitude through which he configured my system. As soon as he was done in bringing back Windows XP, he also enabled me to set-up MS Outlook. I finally breathed a sigh of relief as I saw that all my contact settings and list of previously sent mails have not been deleted. Once he finished the reinstallation of Windows XP, the technician asked me if I would like to upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7 as I was a music teacher. According to him Windows 7 would enable me to maintain my multimedia files without a hitch, and it also contains multimedia software for editing music files.

Once the support technician completed the reinstallation of Microsoft Windows XP, I was back to my usual routine of creating the next class lessons on my laptop. It enabled me to create exciting lessons through which I could enrich the classroom experience of my students. Next time if I call tech support for Microsoft products again, I will definitely ask for support for Microsoft Office, as I guess I should update my Microsoft applications for enhanced classroom presentations.

What an amazing tech support experience for Microsoft products!!

I am Andrew. I am a sales manager at one of the leading MNCs. My job is a very challenging one with every day travelling. The most important part of the whole episode was that all these services were offered remotely and was done without me having to intervene much. The team was capable enough to delve to the root to understand my requirements and guide accordingly. I was charged for whatever service I had availed, but I did not mind. After all, it was a very paltry amount compared to the standard of the service this team had provided.

I Got High Resolution Images! Thanks to Printer Support

As a wildlife photographer it is necessary that I communicate the beauty of my work through high resolution print outs which enable my audience to gain inspiration. Taking the perfect shot is a different thing and printing it is totally another. While I was on a professional trip, my wireless printer got a big snag, and in the middle of the park, I certainly couldn’t find any technician to resolve the issue.

Luckily I found the number of a printer support company. After punching in the numbers of on my GPS mobile I reached printer support and within a short period of time the technician started to troubleshoot printer problem. She was very empathetic in understanding my dilemma of being in the middle of nowhere and assured me that the printer would be back and running in no time. However the only glitch she told me was that I would have to reinstall the drivers of the wireless printer. As you must have guessed rightly, I was in the middle of nowhere, how would I get the drivers! The polite voice at the other end of the phone assured me that she could download the drivers from the Internet and run the printer setup and installation all over again. She told me that the reinstallation will enable me to configure the printer all over again, therefore removing any bugs from the wireless printer as well.

I certainly breathed a sigh of relief, as I will be able to have a glimpse of the pics that I had taken and then send it to my head office in Texas. After the brief moment of printer maintenance my printer was back and running. I thanked the lady at the other end of the line and congratulated her for the very professional and empathetic manner in which she had handled the situation. To appreciate the professionalism through which she had handled the situation, I congratulated her and even accepted a subscription for antivirus support from her.

Finally I could continue with my work all because of great support for HP computer

Hello friends, I am Jessica and I have a kid's day-care home for those children who are very young and whose parents work outside. Here, they learn alphabets, counting, colors, flowers and other such small stuff which is generally taught to kids this age. It is a small center with two classrooms. After studies session, kids from both the classes interact together and take lunch and play. Then they sleep and are taken by their parents in the evening.

Leading a Virus free Life Through Antivirus Support

My laptop plays the central role in my life in terms of presenting the best design portfolios through which I can achieve a greater market share. However it was one fine winters night in December; the chilling snow outside had left me completely relentless of any social contacts with my clients. Handling my motel has become easier than earlier with tech support for HP computer

Hey guys, I am Wilson. I have a small motel near Louisiana. I along with my wife work to operate this motel, which is our only source of income. It has a small gas station, a shop and a restaurant along with 3 rooms. My wife cooks and serves food. I look up the gas service and also maintain the accounts. In not more than half an hour, he was done and my computer was working perfectly. I was happy to pay for the fee as now I was to get assistance for any further problem like this for one year. And so I can say that handling my motel has become easier than earlier with tech support for HP computer.
